1. How does the light work ?

During the daytime, the solar panel will gain the power from the sun and charge the battery, when night comes, the light will automaticlly turn on, the battery inside will provide the energy to the light.

2. How many hours can the light work ?

Normally, after fully charged, the light can working 12h ( 100% full power in the first 4 hours, 50% power in the next 4 hours, and 30% power in the last 4 hours ). the lighting modes can also be modified according to customer requirements.

3. How many rainy days can the light work ?

The light can work for 3 ~ 5 rainy days.

4. Is the battery replaceable ?

Yes. The battery inside is easy to replace. If the battery broken during the warranty period, we will offer you free replacement.

5. Can we buy one set of samples ?

Yes. we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

6. Do you have any MOQ limit for solar lighting product order ?

No, even only buy 1 set as a sample for test is also available.

7. What about the lead time ?

Sample needs 3 ~ 5 days, mass production time needs 1 ~ 2 weeks for order quantity.

8. What's your warranty ?

We provide 5 years warranty for the whole set lighting system, replace any damaged parts free of charge during the warranty period. but the product damage caused by force majeure is excepted.
