1. Can I have a sample order for led light ?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

2. What about the lead time ?

Sample needs 3 - 5 days, mass production time needs 1 - 2 weeks for order quantity.

3. Do you have any MOQ limit for solar lighting product order ?

No, even only buy 1 set as a sample for test is also available.

4. For sample, how do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3 - 5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product ?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

6. What's your warranty ?

We provide 5 years warranty for the whole set lighting system, replace any damaged parts free of charge during the warranty period. but the product damage caused by force majeure is excepted.
