2. Is the solution for complete set ? If not, what else are needed ?

Yes, we can provide solution of complete set. If you don't need complete set, basic parts are available also.

3. Is the system solution always the same ? Can i customize one ?

4. Can the inverter switch automatically to national grid to protect batteries ?

Yes. it can also connect to third generator, as like diesel generator. please tell our sales before production.

Solar panels lifetime are 25 years, charger controllers 5 ~ 7 years, inverters 5 ~ 7 years, batteries 5 ~ 6 years.

6. Who arranges the shipping ?

We could help you arrange the shipment, we have good service forwarder in Shanghai.

7. Do you have any MOQ limit for solar lighting product order ?

No, even only buy 1 sets as a sample for test is also available.

8. What about the lead time ?

Sample needs 10 ~ 15 days, mass production time needs 3 ~ 4 weeks for order quantity.

9. Is it OK to print our company logo on package ?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

10. What's your warranty ?

We provide 5 years warranty for the whole product, replace any damaged parts or whole product free of charge during the warranty period. but the product damage caused by force majeure is excepted.
